Studies in special collectives

Pharmacokinetic studies in special collectives (elderly, renal function impairment, hepatic function impairment, target populations, genotyped subjects, etc.) are an important asset in the portfolio of our phase I-II trial services.

ACPS does not maintain its own phase I-II study clinics, but has dedicated alliances with well-qualified study units that are well suited to provide for single- and repeated-dose studies in special collectives with a highly competitive time- and cost-efficiency.

In addition to regular collaborations with sites in western-EU, we have established a dedicated alliance with the Dept. Clinical Pharmacology Therapeutics of the MHAPT "Zaritza Johanna" (Sofia, Bulgaria), the Dept. Hepatology and Clinical Pharmacology at the UMHAPT "St. Ivan Rilski" (Sofia, Bulgaria), and DRC Drug Research Center Ltd. (Balatonfüred, Hungary).

Depending on the specific needs of our studies we have further collaborations with academic research units specialized in cardiology, urology, neurology, ophthalmology, diabetes, etc.
